Description
Menthogen Stimulant and Hair Loss Stabiliser is the name of a specialised formulation produced after extensive research into hair loss. It has six positive actions on the scalp and the follicular unit.
- 5 Alpha Reductase inhibitors slow down the shedding phase of the hair, decreasing hair loss and improving growth potential
- Vasodilators assist with absorption of menthogen spray for maximum effectiveness.
- Regular use encourages an increase in the diameter of the hair shaft by stimulating the hair bulb and follicle by extending the growing phase of the hair cycle
- Increases respiration of the skin cells and follicle cells promoting stronger hair growth
- Phytoestrogens help to block the action of the hair loss receptor cells
- Fulvic Minerals – over 60 minerals and trace elements to aid absorption and help to give maximum nutrition benefit to the hair bulb and scalp
Daily use of Menthogen encourages the hair bulb to produce a stronger, better quality hair. Anagen (the growing phase of the hair cycle) is increased, so inversely, Telogen (the shedding phase of the hair cycle) decreases. It is ideal therapy for diffuse hair loss and androgenetic conditions in both the male and female (male pattern hair loss and female pattern hair loss.)
In Alopecia Areata (patchy hair loss) Menthogen gives intense stimulation to the scalp. It achieves similar depth of vasodilation as infrared lamps or massage. This produces optimum conditions for active hair growth.

The delivery unit is by a spray mist applicator. Tilt the head back slightly, make a parting, apply onto the scalp, and disperse lotion with fingertips. Repeat in a series of partings until the affected area of the scalp has been covered (about 12 sprays). Use once daily on the affected areas. The scalp may tingle and a slight reddening of the skin may appear. This is normal and does not last long.
Our Stimulant shampoo is the perfect product to use before this spray because it prepares the scalp and aids the absorption of the active ingredients mentioned above.
Ensure that the spray is applied onto a clean healthy scalp, that is free from scaling or irritation.
If you suffer from dandruff or scaling, use our Itchy/flaky Scalp Treatment shampoo daily, alongside one of our scalp lotions anti dandruff/irritation lotion or Povidine Iodine Antiseptic lotion.
Only commence treatment with Menthogen once your scalp is clear.
